This Delivery Policy applies to all orders submitted through our online store and is intended to explain the delivery scope fee structure processing procedures and related responsibilities.
II. Delivery Area
At present we provide delivery services only within the United Kingdom and do not support shipping to countries or regions outside the UK.
The UK delivery area includes standard serviceable regions in England Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland.
Whether delivery is available is subject to system confirmation at the time the order is submitted.
III. Order Processing and Shipment Preparation
Our working hours are 09:00–18:00 Central European Time (CET).
Orders submitted before 18:00 are generally entered into the processing workflow on the same day
Orders submitted after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day
In the event of public holidays processing time will be deferred to the next business day
Order preparation and shipment preparation typically take 1 to 3 business days including order information verification inventory confirmation packaging and the generation of logistics documentation.
IV. Delivery Timeframe
After an order is shipped transportation will be handled by our cooperating logistics carriers.
Under normal circumstances the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary due to weather traffic conditions or other uncontrollable factors.

We cooperate with multiple commonly used logistics service providers to support order transportation including but not limited to:

UPS
FedEx
The specific carrier will be arranged based on the order details and delivery address.
VI. Fees and Taxes
The total order amount consists of the product price and shipping fees.
Product prices include all applicable charges including:
Customs duties
UK Value Added Tax (VAT at the standard rate of 20 percent)
Other fees related to import or delivery
No additional hidden fees will be charged.
Shipping fee rules are as follows:
Order amount £0.01–£149.99 shipping fee £8.99
Order amount £150 or above free shipping
VII. Order Tracking
After an order is successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number payment information and logistics arrangements.
You may log in to this online store and enter your order number together with your email address or phone number on the order tracking page to view the current order status.
All related information processing complies with GDPR requirements to ensure personal data security.
VIII. Receipt of Goods
Please inspect the external condition of the package before signing for delivery.
If you notice any damage opening or abnormal condition please do not sign for the package and contact customer support immediately.
If you authorize a third party to sign for the package their acceptance will be deemed as your confirmation and the associated risks will be borne by you.
IX. Liability Statement and Special Circumstances
The following principles apply during the delivery process:
If an order is damaged or lost during transit please contact customer support on the day of receipt or within 24 hours after the issue occurs and provide relevant supporting materials such as package photos or logistics status screenshots. We will assist with verification and handling
If feedback is not provided within the above time frame or damage is caused by improper storage the relevant responsibility may be borne by the recipient
If you need to modify delivery information or cancel an order you must contact customer support before the order is shipped. Changes or cancellations will not be possible after shipment
If delivery failure delay or misdelivery is caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided the associated costs may be borne by the purchaser
If delivery issues are caused by the logistics carrier we will assist in communicating with the carrier to resolve the matter
If delays or inability to deliver are caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters war or public health incidents we will notify you in a timely manner but will not be liable for compensation arising from such circumstances
X. Use of Personal Information
Personal information collected during delivery and after sales communication such as addresses and contact numbers is used only for order fulfillment and necessary after sales contact and is managed in accordance with GDPR requirements.
It will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with explicit consent.
