Seatglowz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with applicable UK laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when providing online shopping and related services.
These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of users when using our online store, covering product browsing, order placement, delivery, after-sales service, and related matters.
By accessing, registering, placing orders, or using our platform services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms herein.

These terms apply to all users browsing products, registering accounts, submitting orders, making payments, or using after-sales services via our online store.
All online services provided by the platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
III. Account Use and Responsibility
- Users may register an account according to the platform instructions and must provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including username and password, and must not share it with others.
- In case of abnormal login or account use, contact us immediately.
- Account information will be protected in accordance with GDPR and used only for providing services.
IV. Product Information, Inventory, and Pricing
- We strive to provide accurate, clear, and complete product information, including descriptions, specifications, and relevant attributes.
- Inventory information will be updated to reflect actual availability.
- Product prices include applicable customs duties and UK VAT (standard rate 20%) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the page. No hidden fees will be charged.
V. Order Submission and Payment
- On the order confirmation page, you will see product name, quantity, unit price, shipping fee, and total amount, which you may verify before submission.
- All orders are settled in GBP and payment is accepted via Visa or MasterCard.

VI. Delivery
- Currently, we only provide delivery services within the UK.
- Shipping fees:
- Order £0.01–£149.99: £8.99
- Orders meeting the free shipping threshold: free of charge
- Working hours: CET 08:00–18:00. Orders submitted before 18:00 are usually processed the same day; orders after 18:00 or on non-working days are processed the next working day.
- Order preparation usually takes 1–3 business days; estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.

VII. Order Cancellation
- Users may request order cancellation within 48 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Orders exceeding 48 hours or already shipped cannot be directly cancelled and must follow the returns and refund process after receipt.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via customer support email or phone with order number and payment proof.

VIII. Returns and Exchanges
- Users may request returns or exchanges within 35 days of receiving the product.
- Both no-reason returns/exchanges and returns/exchanges due to product defects, discrepancies, or other reasonable reasons are supported.
- For no-reason returns, the user bears return shipping costs; for defective or incorrect products, we cover shipping fees.
- No additional handling fees are charged, except as noted for no-reason returns.

IX. Refunds
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (Visa or MasterCard).
- Due to differences in bank processing, refunds usually take 10–15 business days to arrive.

X. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- These terms and related services are governed by UK law.
- In case of disputes, both parties will attempt amicable negotiation first; if unresolved, disputes may be submitted to competent UK authorities for resolution.

- Personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared in compliance with GDPR and UK data protection laws, with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards in place.

XII. Intellectual Property

- No individual or entity may copy, distribute, modify, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission; violations may result in legal liability.

- We will make reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity and product quality.
- We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or inability to perform due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, network outages).
- Losses caused by user misuse (e.g., data disclosure) are borne by the user.
- Losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence will be compensated according to law.

- Updated terms will be posted prominently on the platform and take effect upon publication. Continuing to use services after updates constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you should stop using the services.
